Wavefront Lasik Complications
Considering Laser Eye Surgery?
I’m considering laser eye surgery but confused about all the options out there. I’ve been to a consultation, but I always get scared and back out when I see the possible complications.
I am short sighted (-3.00) and usually wear accuvue contact lenses or, for the computer, some glasses.
My question is: Optical Express, Optimax or Accuvision?
Lasik, Lasek or Wavefront?
I want value for money, but more important is for it to work the first time, to last and for it to be as pain free as possible.
Has anyone had laser eye surgery here? Any advice most appreciated!
Ive been to optimax in finchley road. I only had a consultation but they were very good, i also saw a guy there who had just had it done and he said it was the best thing he ever did. The possibility of something going wrong is very remote. Both lasik and lasek are safe but the optician will advise you whihc is best according to the health of your eyes.

Yep. I had my left eye done 20 years ago.
