lasik questions to ask
Any cure for this? Please Answer.?

Well, I asked this question more than once. We all know Myopia(nearsightedness), we know its causes but are there any natural cures. I need someone that experianced it and it worked with him. I tried books such as Rebuild Your Vision, but it doesn’t seem logical to cure my case(correct me if I am wrong). So If anyone tried something and it worked, please share it with us. Isn’t there anyway other than Lasik Surgery, I am asking this because I am still a young boy, so I cannot apply LASIK on me.

I used to be very skeptical about natural methods to cure myopia, because all the books I read gave no scientific explanation. They simply said : ” do this, do that”, but no reason was ever given. Finally last year I found a book which is all about facts, science and explanations. The description of the exercises actually takes a very small portion of the 220 pages of the book.
I was totally convinced that it was the right method and I decided to start practicing it. So far my myopia has decreased from -3.75 to -1.25 and now I’m sure I’ll be able to get rid of the glasses by next year.
The method is not difficult but it’s complex. There are many things to learn and the use of the right glasses (i.e. undercorrections) is extremely important. Some people may found the book difficult but in my opinion it’s not. It’s simply full of many , many important concepts. The method consists of two parts: 1) stretching exercises for the eye-muscles; 2) retinal defocus (training your eyes to focus that which is out-of -focus).
This is the book I’m using http://www.amazon.com/Secret-Perfect-Vision-Prevent-Nearsightedness/dp/1556436777/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1254924159&sr=1-1
I’ve heard that the U.S. edition omits some scientific details contained in the original edition. It’s a pity because they would have been surely interesting, but I imagine it was done to make it an easier reading.

If you decide to read the book, do it slowly and make sure to understand all of it. I had to read it more than once and I found the Faq section extremely useful (it’s at the end of the book, don’t skip it).
