Prk Vs Lasik: Which is more safer?

From the readings I’ve done, PRK sounds more safe, but is more painful and takes longer to recover, etc.
Is PRK really 100% error free as opposed to lasik which I’ve heard some horrific stories about?

PRK is not error free. I had and it took about a year to fully recover. It is more of the doctors choice though. I had extremely dry eyes, so I had to have PRK.
