Which eye surgery is the best to get?

I would like to get eye surgery. I don’t know which one is the best.

The Most Advanced Lasik.

Or

Implanted lenses.

By best I mean. Best seeing results, less risk, less chance of problems, less chance of seeing halos, less chance of having to repeat the surgery.

Cost is not a factor. In my opinion this type of surgery should be the best surgery not the cheapest.

I am leaning towards implanted lenses because…

The cut is very small.
The cut is in the white part not the cornea.
The lenses can be replaced often if necessary.

What do you think?
Yeah Steven, I am going to do eye surgery at home. You flippen moron.

I had LASIK myself. I do not have any experience with implantable lenses for refractive surgery. I do know that patients who had implants for cataract surgery placed in front of their irises had a lot of problems. I would say that if LASIK can be done leaving plenty of corneal thickness, I would do that. If there is some question as to whether or not you have enough thickness for your prescription, I would have the implantable lens.
