		<description>Yes and No.  The younger your body is the faster you heal.  The only thing that you have to consider is that even though you get the laser surgery at a young age, your eyes will change again, and you might need glasses.  With this surgery you are fixing your eyesight.  It&#039;s not a permanent change.  Your eyesight, after some years, will gradually change.</description>

		<description>I&#039;m fairly certain you can, seeing as how most refractive suregeries are performed on the cornea, which shouldn&#039;t affect the buckle. Consulting an opthamologist is, of course, mandatory as there are many test that need to be done before a refractive surgery, and if there is any problem with performing it the opthamologist will let you know.</description>

		<description>Because there are still some risks (which your optician will be happy to discuss with you) and the technology is good, but of course keeps improving with every year.  The cost is prohibitive to some people as well... me, for example... I&#039;ll put up with wearing glasses for a while before paying $1000 per eye to get it done.  Lots of people&#039;s medical insurance will not cover it either.</description>
