I had it done and I love it. at first my eyes would be so dry in the mornings when i woke up but they tell you to use the artificial tears and they work great. The first 6 months i was worried about it i thought i had made the wrong decision but now a year and a half later. i love and i don't have any problems at all..

Yes as long as it's corrected to within the standards of the eye test you take at meps, and as long as you don't have any problems with color blindness or depth perception. And remember that these standards are higher if you are considering an aviation contract, which usually requires 20/20. You shouldn't have a problem though since laser eye surgery usually corrects you to 20/20. And don't forget...theres plenty of people who wear glasses in the military (BCG's), so don't let eye sight get you too worried.
