How much does it cost to get Lasik Surgery done in India?
I am going to Vadodara, Gujurat in january. planning on Getting Lasik Surgery done. Can someone tell me how much would it cost.

The Cost of LASIK Surgery depends on the type of surgery you undergo. I had mine done with Dr. Rupal Shah at New Vision Laser Centers in Vadodara. Standard Lasik was around 20000/- for both eyes. But Optimized LASIK was costlier. I had Customized LASIK done for Rs.34000/- for two eyes But Dr. Shah also offers a Blade Free Lasik, with the femtosecond laser for something like 60000-70000 Rs.
I am really glad I got LASIK done. I love the freedom of not wearing glasses.

i had mine done 2 years ago by eye-q. they did a great job i had really bad eyes almost legally blind and i have better than 20/20 now. i was scared because i dont like things like that but they gave me a mild sedative to relax me(you have to be awake) and it was a really short recovery. i would do it again. good luck

You MUST HAVE correctible 20 /20 vision. SOME people, despite the USUALLY GOOD results, don’t always get that.

In Australia they won’t even do that unless you’ve tried it in contact lenses, because not everybody likes it – in my experience about 2/3 of motivated people do, but the other 1/3 just can’t get on with it. It might be great for you but try it first – lasik is permanent!
