		<description>Yes, a -1.75 rx is a perfect candidate for lasik.  You just want to find a reputable surgeon.  Ask around to friends and co-workers  that have had it done.  And most surgeons have free consultations - so they could answer any questions you have.  It is definitely worth the money.  I had it done 2 yrs ago and it is so nice to be free of glasses and contacts.  Hope this helps!!</description>
