Lasik High Myopia
I want to restore my vision….pls help!!!?
I have myopia power is right:-2 and left:-2.25. Its not that high but still i see things blurry. Please tell me some super effective methods by which I can restore my vision. P.S Dont recommend spects,contacts or LASIK
There’s nothing fast and easy. It took me almost a year to go from -3.75 to -1.75. I admit I’ve been quite lazy and I could have done the exercises more often with faster results. However you can’t expect to get rid of glasses in a couple of months. In my case I guess it will take at least another 6 months.

There are many others method available on books and over the internet. Whichever method you choose, be careful to avoid methods that cost a lot of money, they’re surely a scam.
Also avoid methods who promise miracles, because miracles do not exist. You will need to work hard for a long period of time. If you have no patience, do not even consider natural methods.
Remember that visual training methods are useless if one keeps wearing full prescription glasses from morning to night. Since your nearsightedness is not bad, it’s imperative to avoid glasses for near work (reading, studying, computer and so on).
Even without glasses you’ll have to avoid eye strain caused by short distance, because that’s the real cause of myopia.
