Lasik Halos Go Away
Help! I have completely ruined my eyes…?
I did Lasik and I have pupil’s sized at 8mm….I have TERRIBLE night vision…the starbursts and halos are very strong! I was warned, but didnt listen.
I feel like I’ve ruined my life…
I keep being told it might get better or go away, but it has NOT improved the slightest bit and its been nearly 2 months…what can I do?
I feel like my life is ruined!!
Well, when doctors tell you something, it’s for a reason. Possibly it might get better, but if not, you just have to live with it. I would keep consulting the opthalmologist who performeded the procedure, they may have tips.

If it is eye surgery that you need, like surgery to straighten out strabismus, for instance, your insurance may cover most of the costs. If you just mean LASIK (which makes your life better, but isn’t really necessary), then most likely the insurance won’t cover the procedure at all. But always check with the the company that insures you first.
