		<description>Most insurance companies will cover it. You need to look at your insurance policy that you have. Then you would need to know how much your deductible and coinsurance is. Also you need to find out if your insurance has a 4th quarter carry-over which means if you met your deductible in 2007 the last 4 quarters then that can carry over, which means you will only have to pay your coinsurance.</description>
