Lasik Double Vision
What food would accelerate eye healing?
I just had the Laser Eye Surgery two weeks ago. I had the PRK instead of LASIK. PRK suppose to take much longer to heal like three months or more to get full vision. My vision right now is somewhat clear and I see double especially trying to read text,.
So I was wondering what food I can eat to accelerate healing on the eyes? I tried googling but didn’t turn up much. I read carrots are good for your eyes but would it heal?
carrot is good for the vision because it has vitamine A
broccoli is good for maintaining the vision
put lettuce on your eyes
or cucumbers
