Lasik Atlanta Ga

Looking for a Top Lasik surgeon. Can anyone recommend one, please?
I have been using contacts for years. In the evening I use glasses as the contacts dry out and it gets so uncomfortable. I have waited for a long time to see if any side effects might occur to those who have been more courageous and have taken the chance. I am tired of contacts and glasses. I live in Atlanta, GA but I would travel anywhere in the states to do this. Can anyone, please, recommend a very very good surgeon? Thanks so much
In Las Vegas the top man is Kurt Buzzard (Buzzard.) He’s a genius. So I would expect anyone at the Buzzard Institute to be good. And anyplace in L.A., especially Rodeo Drive are the best, but probably have long waiting lists. I would think some opthamologists in Atlanta would be great. And it would be nice to live there for any aftercare. In this case, you do get what you pay for. You don’t want any 2-for-1 deals!! And your docor should have done at least 200 Lasiks. And you should be able to talk to some of his past patients. It’s so routine now, I think you’d be best off to go with someone respected in Atlanta. If you can, talk to other peple who had it done in Atlanta. Or call around and ask how many he’s performed and/or what the charge is. Good luck!!
How is LASIK different from other refractive surgeries?

It has more to do with the refractive error being stable….meaning that your spectacles or contact lens must have been the same for at least one year. This happens regularly between 18-20 years (when you stop growing). It’s important to take other tests too to see if you are a good candidate
