removal of blue veins?

ok so i have these blue veins under my eyes, im 12 years old annd have had them my WHOLE life… i have learned how to cover them up really well but i feel all the makeup is taking a toll on my skins health. i feel as if they are my absolute worst feature…. i hate them. my mom told me there could be a proceadure done to get rid of them and im set on doing it over the summer all i want to know is if its painful, how they do it EX: injection, laser ETC…. if it will leave scars or bruises i just really need to know everything about it before i go doing it… please help me outt thanks
