I am 20 years old and my vision is -2.75 in both eyes, i’m wearing contact lenses right now. I was wondering if it would be possible for me to get leser eye surgery righ now.

The big concern is stability of your vision right now. You don’t want lasik until your prescription has stabilized, otherwise in a few years you’ll need glasses/contacts again. Most lasik places offer a free initial consultation to see if you would be a candidate. The doctor will also check out the thickness of your cornea (as well as a few other things) to make sure it is right for you.
In some cases you may need a “tune up” (basically a repeat of the procedure) if your vision drifts out again. Some places will offer to cover tune ups for free. Also there is a chance that your vision will not be that good in one or both eyes, and you will need to get it redone.
Eventually (late 30s or in your 40s) your reading vision may start to go out. This is inevitable for most of us, whether or not we get lasik.
