No problems. the dry eye symdrom is normal for a while. Keep the eyes well lubricated and get rest. It was a miracle for me. I was able to see perfect. Good luck. Don't be scared, be sure and get a second opinion. It is not always the best to go with the first. Some people just can't have it done. I had it went from 20/550 to 20/20 and loved it.
