i had the surgery 4 years ago and am happy with the results. it feels good to not have to deal with glasses and contacts anymore. all it takes is a couple of minutes. u might have some pain for a couple days but they give u pain killers for that. but i suggest before u do the surgery to do your research on picking a good doctor. if the problem is correctible with glasses then you can have Lasik Surgery. As long as your grade(?) is stable then you shouldn’t have any problems. Also you have to go through a battery of tests to determin the quality of the eye, if its viable for surgey. After 18 or 21 years old is a good age to have the surgery as long as you pass. I had my surgery around 6 years ago and my vision is still 20/20 up to now. But the surgery doesn’t work for everyone, ask your eye doctor regarding their success rate.;
