		<description>Not specifically certain why that rule exists, but I do know that ruling has affected people I know and love.  I believe it has something to do with vision corrective refractory, It probably has a great deal to do with the insuring of your services in the event of a mishap and the injured parties finding out that you had a pre-existing vision problem.  Seems like the industry is not willing to assume any risk of that nature.</description>
