Price for this surgery is very expensive and I for one could not afford such a luxury; one would think that by now this would be on the health benefits scheme for our country as this is not a cosmetic surgery as it improves the quality of life for some who cannot wear lenses or glasses. I am actually of the opinion that often experience means less care, whereas some of the newer practitioners will take the extra step to ensure his reputation prospers.

This is a must treatment for sports players and those who take part in activities where wearing glasses and contact lenses is too impractical! A friend of mine had Refractive Lens Exchange surgery and this also worked great. Pretty scary stuff though, don’t think I could go through with it!
